HATCH is a software company that will be hiring over 5,100 employees, including its Chief Financial Officer, as it prepares to launch its education payroll software.
The company is planning to launch the software later this month.
The hiring of more than half a million people over the next three years will help to increase its business.
Hatch said in a statement that it has more than 25,000 people working in the UK and Ireland.
It said it was building “a world-class, world-leading company that delivers innovative software that is a world leader in delivering a comprehensive range of financial solutions for students, employers, and the wider public.”
The company employs around 7,000, of which more than 3,000 are in the education and training industry.
Hatch said it would build out its software to help its customers and partners “build a stronger, more resilient business”.
It said its products and services were widely used across the economy and have helped to boost business for companies in the health, food, consumer goods, technology and transport industries.HATCH said the hiring would enable the company to achieve its aim of becoming a “world-class employer and a global employer”.
