With a large market in education and digital media, software vendor Plato Educational Software has developed software to help students navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital learning.
Plato offers software tools to help teachers improve the way they deliver content to students, teach interactive online learning, and create and manage classroom presentations.
But what exactly does the company do for students?
Plato’s CEO, Chris Anderson, tells Recode that the company provides a wide range of educational tools for students, but he says it’s primarily focused on online learning.
“It’s a little bit of everything,” he says.
“We do a lot of digital content, a lot in the classroom, and a lot online, as well.”
Anderson says the company uses a variety of different technologies for its online offerings, including a cloud-based platform called Plato Enterprise.
“The company’s goal is to have a great user experience that enables you to deliver your learning to students and make the most of what’s available in the cloud,” Anderson says.
But while Plato has been around for quite some time, Anderson says it is growing quickly and will be able to serve students more quickly.
Platos Enterprise is the company’s cloud-managed online platform that enables students to interact with teachers and collaborate online.
Platos Enterprise, as Anderson explains it, is a full-fledged learning platform that includes both online learning and offline content.
“Plato is built on a single platform and that platform is available on all platforms and the company has been building it since 2013,” Anderson said.
“And that platform’s been built to support everything that’s available now in the market.”
Plato also offers tools for teachers, students, and parents.
The company says it provides teachers with a variety or learning management tools, including video lessons, classroom presentations, and lesson plans.
Anderson says Plato Education has built its platform around a learning management framework called Learning Cloud.
Learning Cloud is a platform that allows students to manage their own classroom presentations and access their own learning resources.
Students can manage classroom content through the Plato Learning Cloud app and access classroom resources through the Learning Cloud App.
In addition to classroom presentations Anderson says, students can access classroom materials by visiting their own Learning Cloud account, creating and uploading classroom files, and uploading content.
Anderson tells Recut that the platform offers an educational platform that students can use to help them create their own teaching experiences.
“What they can do is use their classroom presentation templates to create their presentations and then the same templates can be used for their own online learning experiences,” he said.
Plats Education also offers a variety in how the company can help students prepare for online learning by offering students personalized learning and coaching services, as part of its “Student Learning” program.
“Students who use the company online and the Plato online experience are able to access a variety and diverse of resources to help prepare them for online and offline learning,” Anderson explained.
Platon also offers the company the opportunity to provide its students with “online coaching” services, which are online coaching sessions that teachers can use online to deliver to students.
“There are many, many different types of online coaching,” Anderson tells us.
“Some are individual coaching sessions, some are group coaching sessions.
Some are a combination of all of those.
And we can offer a variety to help you be successful in this new learning marketplace.”
