10 Software education services provider El Software educativa is facing financial challenges in Malaysia as it struggles to keep up with demand for its education software.
El Software educa has recently filed for bankruptcy protection in Malaysia after it failed to meet financial obligations.
The company had filed for a loan in November of last year but it is still struggling to meet its obligations.
The company is currently being restructured into two companies, one owned by the Malaysian government, and one by the company’s parent company, Elcomsoft.
The government has taken the decision to terminate the two companies because ElcomSoft’s parent is insolvent.
Elcomsoft has been struggling to provide education software for Malaysia’s young people for several years now.
The government has also given Elcomskit a license to provide software for education through its software licensing company, Baidu.
As the country has struggled with the onset of the severe heat wave, the government has been using Elcomsoftware to provide the Malaysian public with education software during the heat wave.
A recent report from the World Bank found that Malaysia ranked fifth for the number of heat-related deaths in Asia Pacific region.
Malaysia has the highest rate of heat related deaths in the region at 1,922 per 100,000 people, followed by Indonesia at 1.3, and Thailand at 1 per 100.
For the past several years, the Malaysian Government has been working with Elcoms software licensing business to ensure that the company can continue providing education software services in the country.
Although Elcomsim has been operating as an independent company since 2007, the Government has made sure that all payments to the company must be made through Elcomlicas financial entity.
In order to keep Elcomstudio running, the Department of Education and Training (EDOT) has taken over the operation of Elcomserve, the company that was formerly ElcomSoftware.
However, due to the insolvency of ElComsoftware, the EDOT is currently unable to pay its bills for Elcomserviceto keep Elcovenos software available.
“As Elcomseo is now insolvent, we are currently in discussions with ElComserve about the payment of its outstanding obligations,” a statement from Elcomsuite read.
We would like to assure our customers that we will continue to provide them with a high-quality education platform, and we will be supporting them financially as we move forward.
